Shipping, Customs, Duties & Taxes

Processing & Shipping Times

We process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Please review the timelines below before placing your order.

  • Standard Orders: Processing time is 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Custom Orders: Processing time is 7-10 business days before shipping.
  • Domestic (U.S.) Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days via USPS First Class or Priority Mail after processing.
  • International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7-21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

 

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Address Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.

International Shipping & Customs Fees

We ship worldwide using USPS International Shipping. However, please be aware that:

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are not included in the order total.
  • These fees are determined by your country’s customs office and must be paid before delivery.
  • We do not cover customs fees, duties, or taxes.

Who Pays for Duties & Taxes?

The customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that apply once the package arrives in their country. These fees are set by local authorities, and we have no control over them.

Before placing an order, we recommend checking with your country’s customs office to understand potential charges.

USPS International Shipping Options

We offer the following USPS international shipping methods:

  • USPS First Class Package International: Most affordable but slower, with limited tracking.
  • USPS Priority Mail International: Faster shipping with tracking and insurance.
  • USPS Priority Mail Express International: Fastest option with full tracking and insurance.

Tracking International Orders

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note:

  • USPS tracking may be limited once the package leaves the U.S.
  • If your order seems delayed, check with your local post office or customs office for updates.

Lost, Delayed, or Returned Shipments

Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, weather, or carrier delays. We are not responsible for delays once the package is in transit.

  • If your package is delayed, contact your local customs office or postal carrier for updates.
  • If your package is returned due to unpaid customs fees or an incorrect address, we may issue a partial refund (excluding shipping costs).

Refunds & Returns on International Orders

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Orders delayed due to customs processing.
  • Packages returned due to unpaid customs fees.
  • Shipping costs on returned orders.

If an order is returned to us due to refusal to pay customs fees or an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

Important Reminders

  • Duties and taxes are not included in your order total and must be paid by the customer upon arrival.
  • Customs processing times vary, and we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.
  • Shipping times are estimates and do not include delays caused by customs clearance or international carriers.
